Yet ~ you’re required to wear a mask ~ what a joke. I did not see “one” person cleaning any machine what so ever. People can “eat” and “touch” the machines. This place is going down hill with the virus. Overall still our favorite casino in the area with beautiful grounds, casino and rooms. This is a common problem at this casino and everywhere. We were also told that Kankakee Grille may or may not open, depends on whether enough staff shows up on any given day. Food options limited, Timbers was JAMMED with LONG LINES so be prepared since there's no buffet yet and Copper Rock closed on Sun/Mon. So those of us in the pool had to help these kids, Unacceptable, period. There were several small children in the pool that clearly did not swim and were clinging to the ledge of the pool the entire time in the deep end while the parent was out chatting on the phone. I feel this is a big mistake from what we saw. Also, the Pool allows children with no lifeguard or rules. Bring a sweater or you will be VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The casino floor was absolutely FREEZING in many areas. No temperature checks, some people wore masks, no dividers between slots, and not a whole lot of cleaning going on. We were there for 4 days, no housekeeping was an issue with lack of towels and toiletries but we asked and got those replenished.
